Andy Albrecht

Andy Albrecht grew up on his family’s feedlot, cow-calf operation, and row-crop farm in northeast Nebraska and is now managing the family ranch in the Sandhills of Nebraska. His wife Abbie, son Atwood, and daughter Ariat help with day-to-day operations on the ranch, taking care of their Red Angus, Angus, Simmental, and Charolais seedstock cattle, while his father, Terry, and brother, Travis, take care of the feedlot and row-crop farming.

Andy is a valued team member for Top Dollar Angus and brings a diverse background with knowledge of various aspects of the cattle industry. With experience in everything from planning matings to finishing cattle in the feedlot, Andy fully understands what it takes to develop cattle that are going to excel in growth and carcass value. Bringing the growth and carcass value traits full circle within his family’s operation, Andy enjoys seeing these top end genetics excel for both the seedstock producer and the cattle feeder.
